We needed a new bed & mattress and Tam was very helpful & we used the computerised bed to help us to choose the mattress that was recommended to us. We were taken round to all the ones on the list so we can then test them out

Rima was incredible start to finish! Her knowledge was amazing and she seemed so professional and helpful.

Carolina was excellent. Many people in retail sales positions can be pushy. Carolina got the balance of being attentive without ever making us feel like we were being sold to. In fact, we had not planned to buy two beds, we had only come for a bed for our daughter which would have been a much lower spend. Carolina's knowledge of the different technologies and her mind for design and space really got us thinking about how we could change the look of our room and how we would benefit in so many ways from better sleep quality. The sleep scan was a great tool which gave us confidence that we had chose the best mattress for both of us. 2 weeks for delivery seems to be a very fair time and will give us time to decorate before we receive our new bed. We are very excited and I have to say, had it not been for Carolina we would never have made the choice to buy a bed for ourselves and may have got our daughters from a discount furniture store such as ikea. The offers and discounts were also very gratefully received and Carolina's colleagues were all friendly people which made for a great environment. Great work by all at Dreams.

Raj was attentive and remembered my situation from 2 days before. He convinced me to buy the alaxander bed and TV (even with tv not working) and broken drawers. The display model it will perfectly replace my king size (exact match) bed I have just had damaged in a break in. I will definitely come back for a mattress for the bed as soon as my insurance is sorted!!

We are returning customers having purchased two single divans in September 2009. We liked the range of beds on view then which was more comprehensive than other high street competitors . Having been pleased with our purchases in 2009 together with the excellent service from your floor staff we chose to return this time . Prior to our visit we had two specific brands in mind ,selected earlier from your web site. These were both available together with many other alternatives . Your sales assistant , Rima , was very knowledgeable and gave us a full description of our preferred choices from which we were able to select and buy . There was a wide choice of delivery dates which met our needs and we are now looking forward to sleeping on our new bed . Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the service we have received .
