The sales assistant got up as soon as entered the store to find out what I needed. She suggested I try the sleepmatch bed to work out which mattress I should buy. She then made a suggestion of three mattresses to try. She was very helpful throughout the process.

Staff knowledge in knowing exactly what my requirements were, made my visit very pleasant,also staff friendliness was appreciated.

Rima (at Southampton) was extremely helpful, knew absolutely everything (and more) and sold us exactly what we required. An absolute credit to the company.

Chloe helped us through the selection but also did not pressure us and gave us time and space to think it through. Also liked the sizing bed/machine as this provided extra confidence on the selection.

I was very satisfied with my experience as everyone was very lovely to me and really helped me find what I was looking for. They were very polite and offered me a bottle of water and apologised for waiting time. I felt very comfortable and at home in the store talking to the colleagues.
