Marwan assisted me in the store. I had some ideas about what I was looking for but also had many questions. Marwan listened attentively, answered my questions and volunteered additional useful information. He was not pushy and allowed me space to browse at my own pace, returning to me every 10 minutes or so to see how I was getting on. Once I'd made my final decisions, the purchase and inevitable paperwork didn't take too long. I was also able to choose my delivery day. All in all, a good experience.
