The staff member who assisted us (Cam at the Staples Corner store) was friendly and helpful upon arrival. He offered us a drink and a pillow to use so we could try out the mattresses more effectively, and he was generous with his knowledge and advice without pressurising us towards a purchase. Once we decided on a mattress we were really pleased with how quick we could get a delivery (days as opposed to weeks!) Overall my husband and I were very impressed with our experience and would recommend the store to friends and family.

Amazing experience and customer service

Staff member who helped us (Nada) at the Staples Corner store was knowledgeable and helpful but also not pushy and let us take our time in making a decision. She was very attentive when we headed back to the desk and helped us immediately. We were very pleased with the service she gave us.

We were helped by Amira within the Brent Cross store. She was extremely helpful and clearly explained & walked us through the options for a new mattress. She allowed us all the time needed to test out the mattress. After selecting a mattress Amira explained the payment options very clearly, and overall it was a nice shopping experience.

Your employee Abdul was very knowledgeable about the products and what would meet my needs. He was able to provide me with a variety of options and ultimately helped me choose a bed I’m very pleased with and look forward to using. A very friendly and efficient service and would definitely recommend. A good job in these difficult times

When I went to the store, it was a quiet day so not sure any social distance guidelines were needed at that point. All the staff had on their masks so that was good. I greeted by Abdul (I think that was his name) with a wonderful smile and he was just excellent. Absolutely amazing person. He was so knowledgeable and also gave me plenty of time to try out all the products that was recommended to me after using that sleep machine thingy, but the greatest thing about him was that he listened well to my sleeping issues and recommended things that he thought would be great to me. He didn't push sales, he focused on how he could satisfy the customer's needs, which is the best way to sell. I was extremely happy with how he went about it, even if the bed does cost an arm and a leg. He even done his best to help me with that so thank you once again Abdul (sorry if I got your name wrong)

It was a very easy and quick experience. The employee knew exactly what they were talking about and everything was resolved quickly.

The customer service was out of this world compared to other stores. We had a great experience when visiting and the assistance from Elizabeth was above and beyond our expectations.
