My order was made with Louis Zaidman. I can be very difficult when I buy something due to doing research before I buy and can ask a lot of questions. Louis was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and services. He made the service very easy and satisfying. Good range of products in store and well laid out.

I came into dreams to take a look at a few mattresses' and after I spoke to your salesman Louis he explained all the benefits of the product I purchased, understood all of my needs, and the reason I spent so much money was because he was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We found a mattress we were about to purchase from John Lewis for double the price but we decided to pop into Dreams before doing so. The lady who helped us was very patient, attentive and she found us a mattress we liked just as much so we decided to purchase it immediately. She was helpful without being pushy which was great.
