The sales assistant and finance assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills making the customer feel at home and comfortable. After long searches we finnaly found something that will fulfill our expectations. We were happy to find what we were looking for at a good price. We just can’t wait to receive our couch.

I felt very well looked after and all my questions were anwered to a highly satisfactory standard. I was assisted by Turk who made sure I understood everything I needed to know moving forward with my purchase (which was fantastic as I have never bought a bed before and had no idea how much there was to know /what my options were) and even offered me a glass of water which was a nice touch. Both Turk and Louis knew exactly when to leave me to browse and were there to help straight away when I was ready for assistance. Great service.
