Dreams - Staples Corner

I want to thank Louis Zaidman at Dreams Staples corner for his excellent customer service. I hope the customer service team at dreams can help me to pass this messGe on to him. From the moment my mother and I entered the door he greeted us as made us feel welcome on the 28th of December 2018. I live in Scotland (Glasgow) and Louis competently sorted out my order as well delivery plan on the day of my choice without any fuss. Everything went according to plan and I received my delivery as promised. We were very happy with the customer service we received from Louis. He has great customer service skills and was very entertaining. He is a great asset to the team at Dreams Staples corner. I can see him going very far in his career. Thanks Lord Louis ; )

I visited your staples corner branch a couple Of months ago and was disgusted as to the customer service I received, I left and then the other day, decided I would give it another go, well WOW, what a fantastic experience, greeted with smiles and an extremely helpful customer service agent. He was on hand from when we walked through the door till when we left, without getting in the way and being annoying, couldn’t fault him at all, told us everything we needed, even though we didn’t know, and we were greatly surprised and grateful. Turk our sales advisor was very helpful offering options but not too pushy as buying a bed is a big decision that you need to make as a customer and not be pushed in to

Louis was incredibly welcoming to the store, and was great with my daughters ... one of whom we were buying the mattress for. He understood my requirements, especially when buying for an 11 year old who is still growing, and he also introduced us to great deals on duvets and pillows. Very knowledgeable, great salesman!

I was apprehensive about purchasing with Dreams, as I had heard a few complaints regarding the quality of the beds and customer service. However, I was very pleased with the purchases I have made and although the overall cost is pretty expensive and more than I had expected to pay, I am hoping that will be worth it because of the quality. TYRONE in particular was very helpful and made my 6 year old daughter really enjoy the visit to the Store, which was important as I was purchasing the bed for her. Both Tyrone and his assistant Louis were extremely helpful, which I appreciated. LOUIS was also helpful when discussing delivery and assembly, etc. Fingers crossed when the product finally arrives and is assembled, that it is every bit as good as advertised.

I was served by Turk. He was very attentive despite the store being busy. He was quick, efficient, friendly and helpful without being an overbearing salesman. Very happy with the service.
