We were greeted by Tyrone French extremely helpful, drinks were offered tried the sleep match which was fantastic. Then tried out the mattresses recommend. I was given plenty of time to make a decision on one suited me. I was given professional advice on the mattress I chose in the end. Tyrone was very patient and he even made my 24 year old daughter laugh whilst pushing her around in her wheelchair giving me time to slowly look around the store. THANK YOU TYRONE for all your help. I’m Japanese Tire2 holders. I have 2 sons but they entried boarding school. So they stay my home in only long holiday. I was looking for 2 single beds and emergency bed for visitors from Japan. Bought product (Dalton )suited for me. For Japanese feels like all product are high quality.

We visited the store 4 times due to our indecision. Each time we were provided by really good advice from the staff who were able to answer our questions. The first couple of times we were seen by Ramin who was very knowledgable. Following this, Ramin was away, but we were instantly recongised by Amira who had seen us in the store previously. She knew what we were looking for and also knew a lot about the products. We were provided with pillows and allowed to take as much time to make a decision which was important when spending such a large sum (back and forth between beds a number of times to narrow down the options). At no time did we feel pushed into selecting something that we might not be sure about which is very important to us. We would highly recommended Dreams at Staples Corner and team.

As soon as we entered the store at Staples Corner we were greeted by employees and felt welcome. Tyrone French helped us pick out the best mattress for our needs and was very patient with us as we tried out a lot! He was very knowledgeable about the quality, comfort and materials used to make each mattress we tried and was able to tell us how they differed. He gave us time to make our decision and didn’t pressure us. Our new mattress came within a week and they took our old one away, so easy! We love our new mattress!

Tyrone was exceptional in how he spent time understanding my needs and offering sage advice. His product knowledge was outstanding and he really knows his customers needs. I was not expecting this level of service on a day where I knew there would be a flash sale. My entire family was in the store and we left in awe of his commitment and dedication to his customers, fellow employees and employer.

Abdul was very helpful. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us what we wanted to find, quickly. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave us enough info to make an informed decision. The ordering process was quick and hassle free also, so overall we were very satisfied with the level of service we received.
