Your employer took the time to understand my needs and also shared my frustration of missing the recent sale! He very kindly offered me a 5% discount to make up for this. He also was very patient with me, even though I kept changing my mind on wht colour bed I wanted!

Upon entering the store I was greeted very well by the Sales Person. I was given an introduction Sleepmatch as to how my mattress would be selected which was very interesting. I was able to try several mattresses before making my decision and given a pillow to use whilst testing. Throughout the time I was offered a refreshment. I had Excellent Customer Service from Abdul.
