Elizabeth was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me find the perfect mattress that matched my needs and encouraged me to use the sleepmatch machine to ensure I had the right fit. After this she showed me the mattresses that have the same fit as I require and this was super helpful as the mattress i had initially chosen was not the right fit for me. The mattress I ended up purchasing was perfect as soon as I lay on it I knew it was the one

Wide variety of products to choose from. The customer service rep attend to my need , his knowledge of the products very good, I also did a mattress test to find out the best mattress for me. All my questions were answered satisfactorily..the delivery date of the product was less than 4 weeks..and overall my experience was very satisfying..

We already knew what we were going to order and just wanted to know where the product was in store so we can test it out one last time before placing the order. The product is great and exactly what we were looking for just s shame about the price.
