Every thing was good.

The colleague who served us his name was Abdul he was an extremely pleasant guy to speak to to be served by and most importantly to have a satisfying experience with Abdul was extremely knowledgeable his knowledge about beds mattresses and accessories was at its highest but also was very satisfying to hear. I’m not sure If staff in Dreams Are on commission but my experience if they are then I’m glad Abdul received the commission as he spent a lot of time with myself and my husband and not once did he pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. I want to say thank you for the company for hiring someone like Abdul as we need more stuff like this in life. Abdul definitely would remember myself and my husband coming in as we spoke highly of him to his face and wanted to give the feedback. Thank you again for making our experience and journey with dreams memorable.

I thought I had a good idea as to which base, mattress and headboard that I wanted from looking at your website and my visits to other competitor stores and would probably have happily ordered it on-line. My wife suggested a quick drop-in visit to a Dreams store just to do a final check on the comfort of the mattress. I was so glad that I did. After a few minutes discussion with a sales person and taking their advice into account, I changed my mind about the base and mattress but not the headboard (although I did have a different colour from my original choice!). So, I could have ended up with an 'OK' purchase but instead I think I have an excellent purchase.

I had visited the store at Staples Corner, Brent Cross with my family. We met Abdul and Yash there who assisted and extended there help greatly. They understood the need, explained the products which could meet our requirements. Both of them showed the willingness to help us.
