Amazing customer service. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and patient. When we went back for a third visit to make our order the advisors remembered us, greeted us and offered us drinks. They apologised for any wait when dealing with other customers and they were extremely knowledgeable when it came to the products - I left highly impressed.

The team were mostly friendly and helpful. We asked for help with the sleep technology and used that to guide our decision. When making our order the member of staff was helpful and a good salesman without being pushy!

My partner and I were immediately offered assistance. The technology for testing what mattresses would best suit our needs was fun and informative lasting just the right amount of time. We found a mattress we needed from he choice it gave us and were helped by four different members of staff.
