Everything. Yashant was considerate, helpful, informative, didn’t try to actively push products but gently made me aware of options, offers, etc. Perfect service and I like the bed frames I purchased. This feedback is pre-delivery but if all goes well then it’s a perfect experience.

Amira gave the best service I’ve seen in awhile, very polite and informative, put me on the machine for mattresses and found what was best suited for me, the staff made me feel welcome, offering tea and coffee and keeping my kids entertained

Nada was amazing. She helped us understand which mattress is right for us and took extra time to ensure we were happy with what we chose. We will place a larger order with her in the coming months

I Initially came in to have a look but because of the sales and amazing service I received from marwan I thought there is no time like the present and bought my mattress.

Needed 3 beds and mattresses quickly, walked into Staples Corner branch and found what we needed at a good price within a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free delivery was set up with ease. Beds and mattresses arrived (at two different addresses) on time, delivery team were helpful, friendly and efficient Extremely satisfactory experience at the shop and with the deliveries.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. They offered us a drink and invited us to take the sleep match test which was so helpful in allowing us to choose our mattress. After we identified our perfect match, we were shown the different pillows. The staff were friendly but professional and had great product knowledge.

Very attentive and polite staff. The manager offered my son a balloon to keep him busy while we looked around for a bed frame and matress. The sleep night experience was also very interesting and helped us buy the perfect matress. Everything was explained with clarity with tea/coffee and water being offered. Placing the order was straight forward and was even offered a duvet we actually needed at a very good price. We will definitely be going back to buy the guest room bed and matress.
