Dreams - Staples Corner

I was very happy with the staff who attended to me. They left me alone to browse (which I prefer) and then when I was ready, he was available to help and was very courteous and helpful. I wanted the bed for a spare room, so was looking for something not too pricey and I found a suitable one within my budget - just about!!

I was amazed by Amira's knowledge about mattress, i suffered for too long and spent an arm and leg but will be happy for some relief, very helpful staff at the staples corner branch

I was recommended to visit Amira from my inlaws whom she sold a bed to 3 months ago, they rated her highly and we were not disappointed, she welcomed us with a smile, showed us the sleepmatch machine, she guided us through it and she made us realised the pain we experienced was because of the mattress, she showed us 6 mattresses and we settled on the paddington, we explained to her from the get go we are unable to purchase as we are looking to buy a bigger property and upgrade to a king, even offered us tea and coffee. we will be back once we close on a house and buy the complete bed and furniture from Amira, for now we will enjoy the therapur topper and pillows we brought

My partner and I first went to the Dreams shops in Staples Corner a couple of months ago. Abdul assisted us with the Sleepmatch and then presented us with our options and let us have some time to ourselves to explore and try out everything. We came back a few weeks later to try the same beds again and Abdul was helpful and explained about the ordering process and answered any questions we had. We finally came back a third time and decided on our mattress and Abdul was there to help us choose everything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were very pleased that we were able to interact with him from start to finish. I have already told a friend about our positive experience and my partner and I are very much looking forward to receiving our new bed soon.
