I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams, especially with the customer service. Abdul was very friendly and helpful in showing me how to find the best mattresses for my body type and sleeping style using “sleep match”. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the products, as he was also able to help me find the most comfortable pillows with varying firmness for me to try. He also helped me find the bedside tables which best matched my chosen bed frame, all whilst making me feel very comfortable and at home. Not only did he greet me upon entrance, but he also offered me a drink, which was all much appreciated! He made what before was quite a stressful experience of selecting the appropriate bed into something easy, efficient and even enjoyable! Thank you so much for your help.

The staff member who assisted us was highly knowledgable about the products and pointed us in the direction of your machine which gives some options. She then took us round and explained each one. Even though we picked one of the most expensive ones on the list, I feel that she was looking for us to buy the right one, not the most expensive one.

The advisor Abdul was very patient, as we had loads of questions and we could not have made a decision without his help.
