Yash (Brent Cross) sold us our bed the year before, during our visit this time he was just as friendly, knowledgeable and able to provide suitable recommendations. COVID 19 health and safety was of a high standard, Yash and his male colleague expressed their apologies due to the wait time as only a minimum of people were allowed in the store at one time. Hand sanitisers were available upon entering, masks and gloves, additionally Yash and his colleague provided customers with their own pillows with a disposable covering, when leaving these coverings were removed and pillows sprayed. Also customers were provided with a paper towel when laying on the beds this was also disposable, beds were also frequently sprayed.

I went to your branch in Colindale and was greeted warmly by the two sales people. They made me a coffee and were not pushy. The sales guy was super friendly and understanding of my whirlwind manner which I entered the store. Although the product I wanted or was advised to have, wasn’t in store, he called another store of yours nearby and found me one which I was able to go and collect. I needs it that day and he understood my need. I had gone to the bed shop next door and they looked through me like I didn’t exist and once I tried getting assistance they weren’t particularly interested which helped me to go back to your shop where I had originally started. The reason I went next door in the first place was in case they had what I needed there and then but their attitude stank as opposed to your colleague who was very helpful and kind.
