I don’t like pushy sales people & dread it when I’m approached. I knew what I wanted but needed to check the measurements. I was looking at a product & needed to ask a question & looked up & Elizabeth approached us & asked if we needed help. She was outstanding. Very informative & when I told her my specific requirements she took me straight to the bed I wanted, exact size & colour. Elizabeth listened to me & made suggestions & also extremely polite, even had a chat about hip replacements as just had an operation & comfort of the bed & height paramount. Also delivery was an issue for us & she explained we could move the date. When we went to order & pay we were shocked to learn it was her first day after training & impressed with her knowledge. Ordered & paid. Also introduced to the manager of the store who was equally lovely. I would like to add I did pop into Benson beds before my appointment & totally different experience & glad I chose Dreams.

The machine that analyses your sleep positions is quite cool, although it recommended me a soft mattress and my personal preference is firm. Your member of staff, Abdul, is very nice, friendly, helpful. I went there twice, at my first visit i narrowed down my selection, when i came back a month later, he remembered me and exactly the mattress i was considering - very impressive memory! He was patient with me, offered water, had a good knowledge of products. Had a good sense of humour as well :) he was quick with placing the order and sorting out the financing.
