I was very impressed with the price and Roberta who helped me was very knowledgable although she was brand new!

I was approached and asked if I wanted help by a very friendly person. I had shopped at the store before and the person found our previous order straight away so we could compare what we have with something else. The person helped us choose and then placed the order very quickly and efficiently. I came out of the store very happy.

I was the second customer in the Staples Corner store following its reopening after lockdown and the first to make a purchase ! I had the undivided attention of the store manager, Chris, who was at pains to make sure the whole sale process was followed to the letter and social distancing/hygiene precautions were clear. I was happy with the choice and quality of the chosen bed and the price and extremely satisfied with next day delivery!

Knowing nothing about buying a mattress, Nada (Dreams staples corner) branch assisted us throughout, highlighting why Dreams does think "differently" (better than others). Nada took us through three options, never pointing us to the most expensive but allowing us to choose through her advise. Her product knowledge was amazing. I'm not an easy shopper, especially when spending over £1000....leaving the store I had spent an additional £200 on pillows, Nadas upselling. Nada has peoples skills worth investing in.
