Chris ( The Manager ) and the team were welcoming and approachable made sure we were looked after in a nice approach with. * Clear Communications * Offering Water * Suggesting Ideas * Being Open to questions * Very Respectful of the COVID Guidelines We came the week before and were looking for a bed & matter and spoke to Chris about the delivery times, after we looked around for other options with the information in mind that Chris gaves us, we thought Dreams was the best option so we decided to come back and purchase it as we were moving the following Friday. The lady, Elizabeth, who assisted us was great and we got what we needed without any problems.

We were assisted by Elizabeth at the Staples Corner Store. She was wonderful. Excellent customer service. Kind patient, thorough, understanding, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. We were only really going in to look rather than buy at first but she clarified everything so well that we felt very confident in buying the right product. You do not see that type of service much these days so it was a nice shopping experience. Thanks Amanda.

Nada was absolutely fantastic and gave excellent ,professional advice. She was friendly ,helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,a definite asset to the staples corner branch. The choice in store is vast and prices are competitive so I needed all the help I could get to choose the right mattress. 10/10 from me.

Clean, quick and efficient! I was in and out of store within an hour, having bought the item i wanted, and having been shown a number of options for mattresses.

Ramila was very helpful when we visited the Staples Corner Branch. We knew we wanted a tempur mattress and she spent time with us showing us the different options and explained any questions we had. We were extremely happy with her friendly and approachable manner. Chris, the Store Manager was also excellent. We found the mattress cheaper online and he quickly price matched this for us, checking with head office. He was also very efficient in sorting out the finance for us. All in all a great customer experience

Abdul was such a lovely guy, accommodated my grandmother who was very tired from a long walk, I had no clue about mattresses and Abdul was able to explain and used the bed to analyse which mattress will suit me more with the machine. He then took me around and I was able to test the beds not feeling rushed. Then offered us water, he was able to clarify any doubts we had. Overall excellent customer service

Nada served us at Staples Corner. She was very patient and knowledgeable and assisted us with our purchases. She was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with.

Nice welcome into the store and a great costumer service given by a young Asian man. He was very helpful and was happy to show us around.
