We were welcomed and the customer service by Nada was fantastic. She really listened to our views and really tried hard to find exactly what we wanted. She was friendly and informative. We were so pleased with the overall experience and we left having bought a wonderful bed for our new home.

We had a fantastic customer service experience, greeted at the door by one of the staff members who answered all of our questions. Roberta let us roam around the room to explore different beds and mattresses, after seeing that we were quite overwhelmed with the vast choices she recommended for us to complete the sleepmatch so we could find the mattress that corresponded to our needs. We were given a few options that suited my husband and I, and after trying 3 mattresses, we found the mattress of our dreams. The bed was extremely comfortable, exactly what we were looking for for my lower back problems and also being pregnant. We then chose the base and headboard (Florentine), which was exactly what we were looking for: elegant, comfortable, and perfect size (King size). Could not recommend this store enough, we had no idea where to find a bed originally but knew we wanted a product of good quality and this exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back to Dreams in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

We had an excellent shopping experience at Staples Corner, served by Elizabeth who was both knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs. We enjoyed choosing from the mattresses she recommended and the sale was completed easily.

Abdul was extremely helpful and actually recommended the bed that we went on to buy after hearing our specifications. He also helped us buy a mattress for our daughter and did not try to sell the most expensive but rather the best suited. We were extremely impressed by Abdul’s product knowledge and professionalism.
