We appreciate the quality of Dream products and the free assembly that comes with the time we purchased. However, for a 35 year old company, I would have expected a better delivery service. After placing an order and paying in full for our overly priced item, we were not given any information about delivery. When we asked, the staff member became hesitant and said a few weeks but was not sure. When we later read the information sheet, it instructed a waiting time of 6 weeks. We thought that perhaps it might take 3-5 working days or we could have had an option to pay for next day delivery as Dreams is a long standing experiences business. But sadly we were wrong.

I been to the store in stapley corner and the staff was very disinterested , they didn’t help me at all and when i was called them after few mins they were just disappear . They wasn’t able to provide right info of products, and when I ordered a bed and I asked to add some items in my order , in the beginning they said the items were coming the same day of the bed then once I had done the loan , they said wasn’t like that . The product wasn’t available in shop so I couldn’t even take it with me and they just didn’t care. I had to deal with a lady on the phone the day after that explained me that the items were already on them way to my place ( I still not even live in my new house ) and that they are not find no one at home I will be charged again to have my items delivered again !!!! The ladies had to swap the order from delivery to collect to the shop , quite annoying as I have to go to the shop again to collect the items I want !!! So disappointed! People should learn the costumers care !!

On this visit, I was about to leave with no bed, missing the sale discounts, I asked the assistant 'are you sure there isn't anything that matches our brief (as earlier I had already found something that he had missed), he said 'no', so we went to leave but had a quick walk round first, only to find the perfect matress. He said 'oh I always forget that one over there'! The weekend before I ended up leaving the Tott Ct Rd branch where I was about to buy a bed. Because I had to queue for 25 minutes to find out what matress I bought 11 years ago, only to have a assistant arrive and push in front of me with a couple. And my assistant just let it happen although I begged to go first in my place. I was so humiliated I was in a bad mood and just left. Maybe it was her senior but it was so rude. I wanted a medium-firm Flaxton without a topper. Tott Ct Rd insisted that didn't exist. Staples corner insisted they had the same stock as Tott Ct Road and that they didn't have a high-end med-firm either (topper is too warm and soft for us). The matress I found after my final walk around was a Flaxton medium-firm with no topper. And they get commission!? Wish I hadn't bothered asking for help.

I paid for a PM delivery slot.I was told to have my phone open for a few hours before the delivery slot opens.As I am on night shift on delivery day,I will get next to no sleep that day.Tuesday night will be a struggle.This "convenient " slot will not be convenient. It is the only one I can use.Delivery next week is not an option.I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated.
