We had to wait good 40 minutes for assistance to be available. I knew what we were buying. I had to request twice assistance to place the order

Overall the service was fine, not exceptional. As we walked into the store the staff were charging their phones on the bed units, sitting around the store and moving the remote controlled mattresses up and down. Later on the staff were arguing between each other but loud enough for the customers to hear.

Delivery time !too long Please order on 24 Nov, promised delivery time up to 4 weeks... Received callwerk after place order , and was given delivery day 10th January ?! Now from 24 december to 10 january will sleep on the floor , which not unelectable at all

i wanted to finance but you were very confused customer service spent long time and put different code to the system but no result i forced to pay cash and buy less item , your return policy is not satisfactory and not even cancellation terms although your products are very satisfactory

Visited the store and was told we could call back to place the order after measuring up at home. when called to place order, it was very noisy and the colleague couldn't hear very well, which resulted in mistakes on the order and my transaction on my card getting declined. hopefully when the bed arrives its the right one!

it all seemed very rushed, even though we came to the store in the morning, not close to closing time. we were not offered a head board - i had to remember that this was required. seems odd for a salesman not to offer something staff had propped open the fire door at the back in order to smoke - the smell of which passed through the whole shop

Head salesman was not particularly bothered whether I purchased from this store. In fact he recommended another up the Road who might be able to deliver earlier(Bensons Beds) which I found a bit strange unless you are all part of the same company.

The first thing i was told when i was placing my order was that its going to cost me £39 for deliveries. Then later was told that if i am interested in the 8 year cover for £45, they would not charge me for delivery therefor i am only paying £6 for the cover, which is the sole reason for me to purchase the cover. Only to find later that i could of got the same bed online with free delivery. I would not of purchased the cover if it was going to cost me an extra £45.

The salesperson at feltham store. I think his name was Arthur. He was very kind, humble and gave some enormous advice I wish I could go back there and placed the same order and feel highly satisfied. The people at the bigger dreams outlet doesn't show the empathy but they see people as how to make more money out of them. Good robots and have selling strategies but have very little interpersonal warmth. Therefore I was not satisfied with dreams and I am gutted that I should place order with Arthur and not with anyone else.
