I called Ali to say that I the link he gave me to register for the 100 night trial money back guarantee did not work. He told me he'd get back to me. Never did.

The service was great and Wojcjech who served us was fantastic. The only reason I ticked satisfied rather than highly satisfied is there were no display models available of any of the headboards I was interested in, and I really wanted to see them in real life before buying. It would have been perfect otherwise.

Because there where a 30% off in linens if I buy a bed and at the end when I got home I found out the guy not have done the discount. I bought a duvet set cover and a fitted sheet. He only done the discount on the fitted sheet and not the duvet set.

Pricing is confusing adding delivery, should be free when purchasing big items. Not competitive with other retailers.

Needs a little improvement

The experience was satisfactory, I set out to buy a bed and bought one. Pricing is the only thing, and not being able to deliver accessories with the bed, so I had to carry a load home on the bus

Not having received the product yet, I can't be highly satisfied yet.

Did not feel price competitive and no transparency on pricing given the "specially designed" products.

Limited choice of headboards.
