Dreams - Staples Corner

I visited the store twice this week on the 19th April when I bought a take home mattress essentials and again 20th April to buy divan base and mattress. On the 19th April Turk the assistant went out of his way to explaining products with excellent friendly service. On the 20th April, although pleasant the customer service was not as enthusiastic.

Annoying to be told about all the things I could buy in addition to the mattress that I had come in for

It was ok getting my bed and the stuff where good. It was the price of my bed it was more than I thought it would be when DREAMS says it's all half price on the TV and you go there and get the bed then it's more money £869-00 and this thay says is half price..so how much was it in the beginning £££££££££££

the thing that i was not best pleased about was that i was only informed about the no refund policy after i had paid the money, as i was being given the paperwork to sign... also i'm confused as to why i can change for a more expensive product and pay the difference but if i go for cheaper you will not refund the difference...?

I was not expecting to have to pay the delivery charge of 39£ after spending 399£ on the mattress

Colleagues of the person who I was dealing with were extremely unprofessional (one woman was even giving a massage to him whilst I was being dealt with- after which I had to say I was extremely distracted). Super unprofessional 20 something year olds trying to 'sell' beds. My advisor was very helpful and friendly and agreed his colleagues were really unprofessional and it was evident that his co workers clearly needed more training on their job and work ethic.

I was highly satisfied with Krystal customers service, her product knowledge was excellent I was fully happy with the service.
