Dreams - Staples Corner

We were very satisfied with the service. We spent a lot of money on a tempur bed and mattress and was hoping for a bank holiday discount. We were given a tempur pillow and was a bit disappointed the manager would only give us one pillow between us...not wanting to be greedy at all but as a couple spending nearly £3000, a pillow each would have been appreciated!!!

The service was fine but there could have been more attention to detail regarding accessories such as headboards which I ended up not buying

The prices are strange. Online you have massive discounts but when actually going to the shop to see the mattresses, prices are sketchy to saw the least. When I asked the price of the mattress my partner and I selected, instead of a direct answer we were taken to the desk where the order was being placed, so not a very satisfactory or friendly experience.

We bought a matress from your ex display range and a separate base unit only to be told we had to buy the matress and the base with the matress as well as the base we had chosen and although we were told the base won't be delivered, we were left feeling we had bought something we didn't need and could the price had been cheaper for the matress if bought separately

Assistance was friendly and readily available However I don't think he seemed knowledgeable of the products that I was interested in.

It was not an issue with this Dreams store. I was looking for a metal bed frame and was told Dreams don't store much as they are not really in fashion.

The explanation should be more understanding for none British people.

I was satisfied with the over all experience . The customer service received from Ali was amazing he was very polite helpful had good knowledge and was very warm.. I wasn't highly satisfied as there were only 2 employees on the shop floor

I was satisfied with my visit at dreams and felt we had visited the store in good timing to get a discount too. More of a discount would have been more helpful. Overall the sales assistant was very helpful and assisted to what we needed to get an ideal bed.
