It would be better if the assitants have Ipad to proceed the payment quickly as I have been waiting for more than 10 to 15 minutes to resolve the purchases. Luckily, I have time to wait but other potential customers might be just walk off due to shortages of the computer to process the payment at once.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 1) However it took some time to get quotes. staff seemed to be queuing to use the one computer for looking up stuff, getting quotes & putting a sale through. More than one terminal is needed to ensure customers are given quotes quickly and easily. Should increase your sell through rates. 2) Policy / Clauses - in the small print it says that I dont not have the right to return the good within 14 days. That seems illegal and against customer's right. Also a company that would impose such a thing, doesn't seem like a very nice company. One that is more obsessed with profits than customer needs. In future it might mean that I chose to shop somewhere else 3) store in staples corner is drab, uninspiring, badly laid out & in need of a refurb. Toilets were awful. We spent nearly £2000 there - you want to spend that type of money in a nice place. 4) systems - it seems like the internal product / sales systems are not flexible enough to allow sales staff to offer the right type of incentives to seal the deal. It looks unprofessional to do 'workarounds' to get the right discount for the customer - systems should be made more sales friendly.

I came to Dreams in the hope of buying a mattress. While there was a wide choice of beds, it was not easy to find the mattress I was looking for. It would have been helpful for there to be a catalogue listing the choices of mattresses and the relevant pricing list.

It’s the price, really and that no discount was really available for the mattress we needed to get for my lower back problem. I mean for a £2800 mattress which was a bit over our budget we only got a free 8year insurance, a bedsheet and a free pillow to the ine we bought.

We were looking for an affordable mattress of which there were only 2 choices that were on sale. Our assistant was very knowledgable about the products but did not seem satisfied that we were not interested in purchasing some of the more expensive items. The attitude towards customers should always be welcoming and friendly and cater to exactly what the customer is looking for instead of trying to hit sales targets.

Had to have paper work sent after agreement because not enough terminals to complete the transaction. The assistant was asked twice by two different colleges if they should complete the transaction instead of the assistant that had helped us through the process
