I cannot say im highly satisfied until i recieve the products. I know on the last occasion that i ordered a bed, i had to wait over 3months to get my prodcut when it was promised to me a month after i had placed the order. This was not only very challenging, speaking to your customer services dept but also a huge waste of time! i thought i'd give Dreams another chance, so lets see once i recive my order as to my satisfaction.

It’s not always the Fault of the store or the assistant. I went to buy a new bed for the spare room and didn’t plan on spending so much. Nothing can be 100%.

Dreams were advertising sales, yet the sales were very specific and limited.

I wanted to have more items to choose from for the product I was looking for. These items were limited. There were no frills. I wanted pillows to be included with the memory foam mattress I bought but it was not and wanted to charge me extra. Very rigid and no bending backwards or concessions if I was buying more than one items just because delivery was free. The staff told me Dreams has no flexibility and very rigid. So I was disappointed and there was no flexibility. The store at staples corner was being refurbished so there was smell and the floor was in a mess and dangerous. It should have been closed for refurbishment and not let public suffer. So I was disappointed in more than one ways. There was only one staff and it took for ever to be served. There was no drinking water. The staff gave me tap water in a mug which was not appealing. No bottled water available. So it was not hygenic. The customer care was not appealing. The showroom was a real mess and lots of workers around. Backdoor open and it was cold. It was a very poor show for Dreams. The beds were so close to each other I almost fell. my first time in Dreams and it not very nice experience.

The colour bed i wanted was out of stock and my guest was coming.So i had to get second choice.

This was my first experience shopping in Dreams so I had nothing to compare it to. Overall satisfied with everything and delighted to find something I have been looking for and didn't manage to find anywhere else,.
