Dreams - Staples Corner

My mum and I entered Dreams in Staples Corner. We were greeted straightaway as we walked in by a lovely lady namely Nada, she asked me what I was looking for and mentioned trying the sleep scanner which I did. She showed us around lots of mattresses just to ensure I was 100 percent happy with the choice I was making. Nada is a very knowledgeable young lady who spoke honestly and openly. The customer service we received today was fabulous and after leaving the store we actually came back and ended up seeing Nada again and buying a duvet and base for my bed. Without the customer service I received today 1) I wouldn’t have bought a bed and 2) it made our experience an excellent one. I do hope she is noticed, she deserves it. Thank you again Nada, I cannot wait to sleep in my comfortable bed next week :)

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly professional manner & extended every help & courtesy. We came in a bit overwhelmed with the task of buying 2 mattresses, but the lady was patient & helpful & very knowledgeable about items on offer. She made it very easy to decide in the end.

Knowledgeable sales team. Made a big effort to get hold of information needed. High degree of integrity shown in their explanation of products that they needed to find answers for.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time making sure our needs were assessed and met. She was very patient as we spent a great deal of time in the store asking many questions.

I have had a wonderful experience in my visit of shopping from Dreams. The staff were fabulous for their great hospitality and very helpful assistance! Fantastic set up and variety of choices to choose from! Definitely, recommend everyone to visit Staples Corner Dreams as they will come out with massive smiles on their faces. The assistant who served us, Roberta, was very knowledgeable about all the beds we were looking at. I felt that she was looking for the right bed combination for us and not just trying to sell us the most expensive bed she could.

The service from Elizabeth was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed upon entering the store. I was impressed with the options given for various mattresses suited to my needs. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic customer service.
