Dreams - Staples Corner

On Wednesday 8th April 2015 me and my mum purchased a divan bed with the assistance of Mark at the Staples corner store. Mark was very friendly, approachable and very helpful. Within less than 20 minutes he sold us a bed and spent time explaining things such as delivery and return policies. We were very impressed with his assistance and if needed we will definantly return to this store. I haven't receieved the item yet however i'm sure i will not be dissapointed. Overall so far in the process i am a "happy customer".

The service was good. The sales assistant was not pushy, offered help but allowed us to browse, waited until we were ready to talk specifics and then offered informed assistance which my wife and I found helpful.

Nitil was the most fantastic salesperson. He was patient and kind while i tried all the beds.

The staff were very knowledgeable and available to offer assistance and guidance. Everyone that hepled me was bubbly and talkative and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel as though they were just trying to make a sale and were genuine in their approach

Mark was very helpful and provided us with the information we required for our expensive purchase, just waiting for the bed to arrive now..

The member of staff who assisted me in finding a mattress (Store Manager) was knowledgeable and helpful, yet allowed me the space and time to try the products for myself and find the right one for me.
