Dreams - Staples Corner

We visited the store in Staples Corner having a vague idea of what we wanted. The Dreams colleague (Amir) greeted us and offered cups of coffee, which were pretty good! Amir was very helpful in explaining everything to us. He was patient with our questions. We actually visited another store after speaking to Amir, so we could explore our options. However, we were both back in 15 minutes ready to place our order with Dreams. As we are getting married next month I mentioned to Amir that we wanted something reasonably priced considering the huge wedding costs. My fiancée and I decided what frame and mattress we wanted and Amir explained the 0% interest finance available. This is perfect for us as it lets us focus with the immediate wedding costs. We made the order and Amir booked the delivery for a week before our wedding - great timing. All in all, an excellent experience at Dreams in Staples Corner. I did not expect it to be so easy buying my first bed with my fiancée. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service. We can't wait for the bed to be delivered! Also thank you to Amir for the wedding gift - complimentary ear plugs for the future wife! Thank you so much.

From being meeted by Litin at the door till the shaking hands and walking out, he was a joy. He was very helpful in explaining what each product is, what it does, and what will work best for me. He bared with me in choosing what colour and bed frame I should choose, and then also getting an ok from the Mrs. He made sure I was happy with my choices, before going ahead an ordering, making me feel that what was important is me being happy and not him getting a sale. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The stores 0% interest finance is a plus as well, and the application process is very simple and easy.

I was highly satisfied as Amir took time out to explain the items that I wanted and list them down for me befor I came back again today to place my order Mark also explained things to me very well and both took time to explain everything to me. I even purchased an additional item of a headboard.

We were assisted by the store manager and assistant manager during our visit who were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
