Mark the sales representative was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the beds/mattresses/pillows. He wasn't pushy and instead gave us the facts and time to make our decision. We appreciated this given such a significant purchase.

Friendly assistant who took care and time to help my wife who has walking disability. He let her try a number of different products and he did not try to make her choose a more expensive bed, although I personally suggested that she should do so. He explained that she should buy the bed she felt most comfortable with, and she is happy with her choice.

The store is lovely bright and airy and all the staff very friendly and could not have been more helpful. They went through all the types of mattress etc and let me try as many as possible.

He was very straight forward, direct to the point and pleasant. He also helped guide us to better decision making with our matrasses that were within our reach in terms of value for money. He was a good professional and did so in good time. Will definitely recommend to a friend.

Amir (our rep) was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable about what mattress we should buy. We didn't feel pressured in the slightest but he gave excellent advice to allow us to choose the perfect mattress for our needs and price range. Excellent work
