Very pleased with service provided and speed at which my mattress is due to arrive. Colour coding of mattresses helps to focus on choice of product together with helpful assistance from staff (Mark).

The computer crashed and the order had to be replaced.

Good customer service, the employee had good knowledge of the products and was able to answer all of my questions and help find a bed which suited my needs. Also there was promotional 20% off offer at the time of purchase which brought my chosen bed into my price range. That ultimately made me purchase a dreams bed rather than a cheaper ikea bed.

I made 2 visits to the store. During my first experience, as soon as I came in Amir(the salesmen who assisted me throughout) was very welcoming(made us the best cup of coffee ever!) friendly and helpful. He explained the products and purchasing process very clearly and although provided us with the best advice, was really good at leaving us to it and providing us with space to make our own decision(which was brilliant as salesmen at times can be overbearing). He was very approachable and extremely patient with our many questions. Although I didn't end up making a purchase at the time, I did end up coming back the following week. Not only due to the fact that I found the quality of the products much better than anywhere else(ikea, Argos etc). Amir really made a difference to the experience. His humour, knowledge, customer service and patience really did make a world of a difference to the experience and without doubt he is a brilliant salesman. I also absolutely love the purchase I made.

Amir was informative, helpful and friendly. He gave us time but allowed us the freedom to try lots of different mattresses. He measured up the bed to our specific needs, gave us tea and coffee and helped us look at pillows and had alot of product knowledge.

I needed help with pillows and Mariana helped me find the right one.
