We needed time to select 3 matresses and the assistant was able to afford ample time for us even though it was nearly closing time

The store manager "Litin" knew all his products very well. He was able to answer all of my questions in detail. We left very satisfied with our choice of mattress and then returned on the weekend to make the payment.

Mark your sales guy was very knowledgable about your products so we bought 2!!!

We were greeted on arrival and taken through what our specification was. Mark helped us find exactly the size we required for the bed frame and actually went out his was to do this

The sales assistant was very patient, professional and had an in-depth knowledge of the products. He was also very helpful in assisting me with my decision making in selecting the right product. The two gentlemen (Martin P and David A) who delivered and assemble my purchases were also prompt, very friendly, fast and efficient. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was very satisfying.

I was offered help but reassured that I would be left to browse at will. I was welcomed and offered a hot drink. All of my queries were answered. Assistance was provided when I requested it. Staff were very polite and friendly without being overbearing. Advice was sought and provided.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a gentlemen called Mark (staples Corner) he asked us what we were looking for and if we needed assistance. We briefed out our requirements to him and he took as through a few of the mattresses. Not once did he make us feel uncomfortable and rushed, he told us to take our time and left us to feel out the mattress and then took us to the next ones, asking us how each one felt and remembering them so that we could narrow down the mattress that we liked. he was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Had it not been for him being in the store we probably wouldn't have purchased the mattress nor the pillows had he not asked us try them out with the mattress. We also needed a bed frame, but was that suited us in terms of size was not available in store, he looked up the ranges on your website and advised what options we had. This what i and my husband call "going that extra mile to help the customer". Exceptional member of Dreams staffing, one to be kept and not lost. I will certainly be recommending Mark to my friends and returning to make more purchases.

We were shopping for a bed for new flat for our 18 year old son who is a vegan - this means we needed a small double with storage, and also no leather! Mark the sales assistant greeted us in a friendly way and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. He knew the stock backwards and explained why the Wilson bed (no leather) and Beaumont mattress were the best for us. We asked about under bed storage on other beds (we have similar at home) and explained that Dreams don't have the shelves on wheels we were looking for and recommended IKEA (nearby). It was good not to be SOLD to but properly advised. He also made us a cup of coffee and placed the order the next day. Later in the day we realised we need another bed for the flat and tomorrow my wife is going to phone Dreams in Staples Corner and ask for Mark, get his advice and place the order. really a good customer experience and i recommend to anyone.
