Dreams - Staples Corner

Had no clue what we were looking for, Stella was very polite and helpful. She explains everything in a fantastic way and met our needs perfectly, she made us feel very comfortable.

Amir, the member of staff at Dreams Staples Corner, who served us was friendly, approachable and helpful. We were happy with the advise he offered us. we haven't received put bed as of yet as we set a delivery date of 30 September, but overall we were happy with the service we received in store.

Choice of beds was good. Dreams colleague Mark was very helpful and knowledgable and took the time to make sure we got the bed/mattress that was most suitable for us.

Amir was very knowledgeable about the products and he was very aware of giving us space and privacy to discuss between ourselves the purchase we were spending a lot of money we didn't feel rushed in anyway he made good suggestions and listened to what our needs were overall our shopping experience with Amir was extremely pleasant

it was quick and easy staff friendly and the return policy is good

The colleauge name Chris, was no less than excellent. A true role model for your company. He listen very well and was able to reccommened what i needed and better. He also was able to get addional sale for my grandson bed with a matress with i was quiet pleased about. I felt very welcomed and not rushed to purchase anythink. I would always go back to that store and tell family and friends to go there too. My son will also be going there to buy a bed.

Mr. Mark helped from the moment we went in which was very appreciated as we went directly after a long day at work. And the most important he explained to us everything in details.

Good product

I have been looking to replace my bed for the past 6 months and visited John lewis Bensons Furniture village and so on, i was at the point of giving up when a friend recommended me to visit Dreams in staples corner and see a guy called Chris, I have to say he was excellent he took his time to understand my needs and gave me many options, i explained i was not looking to purchase on the day but that didn't put him off he still gave me a fantastic service and by the end of it i decided to purchase, we have two more room that need new beds so chris will see us again with the next few months
