Elizabeth was extremely helpful, she understood what I was looking for. She was very personable, funny and made a stressful experience not stressful at all. I would like to thank Elizabeth for all of her help. Her laughter is very contagious. I cannot wait for my bed to be delivered!!

Abdul was great, he delivered excellent service with excellent product knowledge.

Abdul was a brilliant person to deal with. Friendly and highly professional. He made the task of choosing the right bed easy and we couldn’t have hoped for anyone better to deal with.

I went to the store with my elderly parents, and I was greeted by the kind staff, they took time to explain things to my parents( my father has a hearing problem) I was overwhelmed, with the helpfulness of the assistant who was helping us, we didn’t feel like we was taking up her time, she went beyond to make sure my parents understood everything. And I will actually be recommending this store in particular to my friends and family. The young lady who assisted my parents, her name is NADA. She’s based at the Staples Corner Store.

From the moment we went into the store at Staples Corner, we had marvellous help and consideration from AMIRA. We visited twice to be sure of mattress, divan set and colour. At all times AMIRA helped us with patience and we never felt under any pressure. AMIRA kept us informed of price drops/special offers and last Sunday 20 June we made our purchase. Chris also helped us very efficiently with finalising everything. We can't praise AMIRA's help and professionalism enough - she is a terrific asset to the Company.
