Mark, the salesperson along with the manager were very helpful with the experience and kept to the price promise where we had shown them price from another high st retailer.

I was a difficult customer as I didn't really know what I wanted once j got there, but thanks to Amir and colleague sat me down made me and my mum a cup of tea and spoke to us pretty much about every bed and how it would suit me. They made us feel really welcome and we actually had a laugh joking about and kinda went off topic but I ended up buying the best bed for me and I am over the moon about it!! Thank you guys

I was attended by a sale person called Mark. His approach was friendly and his advice was impartial and unbiased. Mark was very patient with his explanation. I went into the store NOT expecting to make any purchase, thinking I will shop around first. in my opinion, it is Mark's personality and genuine willingness to assist me had changed my mind. Mark is a treasure to the Dreams.

The parking is very good at this store. Since we drive, this was an important aspect. We were able to park right outside and this made for a good start to our intro to the store....

We had a wonderful experience today at dreams staples corner. Mark served us and was recommended to us by friends who had said he was extremely knowledgeable and sure enough he was seriously exceptional. He helped us with what seemed like a maze of beds and firmness. We really had no idea where to start and he helped us right from start to finish. His value added is to be commended and we believe that you should model your staff on his style, he was the perfect salesman. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured he knew when to give us time to talk and when we needed answers to what seemed like an endless stream of questions. We are very excited about our new bed I have had constant back pain so it really is an important decision however we feel totally supported in both ways. He was honest with us at all times and was incredibly patient when having gone round the beds we wanted to look again to ensure our decision we made was correct. We are totally supported by the dreams policy which will enable us to try the bed to ensure we have made the right decision. Overall a very positive experience with dreams - highly highly recommended.

I was pleasing surprised the quality of consultancy which I got from store consultant. It was main driver to buy mattress from shop rather than from online. It was good to try lay down on mattress and fell experience. I was helpful as well to decided which mattress to buy.
