Dreams - Staples Corner

Following a poor experience with inexperienced staff at the Fichley Central store, we went to the staples corner store and were attended very well there. We were highly satisfied because we were attended to by Stela. Stela was professional, polite and knowledgeable about the products available and what was important to be considered when buying a bed and mattress. Stela also investigated availability of furniture we want to buy and we will be returning to order it from her. I'd highly recommend Stela to friends and would give her 10/10 the way she dealt with and helped us make our purchase.

Excellent product knowledge and honest advice

Really impressed with the service and friendliness of Stela in the staples.A pleasure to deal with her, even the coffee she made for us was nice. From start to finish in the store the service was excellent, we did not get any hassle and when we asked for help Stela was very informative and easy to deal with.Very friendly and honest.

store manager was very helpful providing us with different options and explaining positives and negatives of all the products looked at in store. provided us with friendly advice and made our experience very positive.

I was served by Mark. He was very polite, smiled throughout my visit, and very sensitive to my needs. He was very observant of me, he was a very good listener and he analysed my needs very promptly. He articulated himself very well, he was obviously very knowledgeable about 'dreams' products, and he applied this knowledge to my needs and he was an excellent salesperson. He was not pressurising and yet very alert about making a sale of the product. He consulted his senior immidiately about points he was not sure about. Interaction between him and his senior was pleasant for me to witness. His selling strategy of strings of accessories with bed and mattress was admirable; he exhibited items one after another in a careful timely manner. He showed me two items at a time, comparing them, and recommending at the same time. He was cheerful and offered me drinks. He was very good, polite.

The sales assistant was really helpful. He let us look the product up on the computer, did not put us under any pressure to buy but was really knowledgeable and available when we wanted to place the order.

Was easy to try beds and I found one that suited

As soon as my partner and I entered a sales staff came greeted us and made us feel welcome,we looked around wasn't sure of some of the beds as we were looking for orthepetic beds.The sales staff came straight away and told us what each beds were and to sit and relax on each one until we found our comfort.the staff had given us time to look at each bed and later came to check on us.We wanted to know difference in products as the prices differ,he explained about 2 beds we had our eye on,and gave a description of what each beds plus points are.As we got to know we made up our minds straight away of which bed we wanted,as there was a sale going on but we felt the full price bed we purchased was what we found comfortable.Beds are for comfort and I believe we all need a good night sleep,so sleep comfortably

I visited the Staples Corner branch on Saturday to buy a new mattress and was assisted by Chris who was very knowledgeable on the different products. I suffered a traumatic fracture to my T7 vertebra in my spine so it was important for me to find a good mattress. Chris was very friendly, took his time with me to ensure that I chose what was best for me and what I felt comfortable with. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into buying a mattress that I didn't want. I will highly recommend this branch as other staff were also friendly, the store was spacious clean / tidy and the service was excellent. (During our time in the store whilst I was trying to decide on the mattress they kindly made us a coffee) Chris also gave some advice on pillows and mattress protectors - the full package! Brilliant service all round. When it comes to replacing my mattress, I will be returning to the same branch.
