Mark is very kind. He detailed the difference of various kinds of mattress. that's useful for us.

Amir, who helped us out, was very friendly, super efficient. Knew everything there is to know about the subject matter (and we had done our own research before visiting your store), wasn't pushy, but very helpful, allowed us to try as many beds as we wanted, giving advice at every turn.

Service was quick, efficient and friendly, but in no way pushy. The bed we chose looked really good, and ordering it was very straightforward, so nothing to complain about at all

Chris, at the Staples Centre store, assisted us through the entire process of purchasing 3 mattresses and 3 frames from Dreams last Saturday. Chris was very knowledgable in assisting us in the decision making process. Efficient and practical, we were done with our purchase in under 1.5 hours.

We visited the Staples Corner Branch and our sales advisor Mark was extremely patient and really knew what he was talking about. There was absolutely no hard sell and he gave us time and space to work out what we wanted, stepping into give fantastic advise and really make sure we understood the differences between available options.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were patient and allowed us time to choose the proudct.

The Service was excellent,the place was tidy and well organised, the girl who served, I think her name was Stela very smiley,friendly. I just came to look, didn't plan to buy ant hing,but very pleased with my shopping.

This was the second mattress I have purchased from Mark at Dreams. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and remembered me. I told him I had a specific problem in finding a mattress which was only 21 cm thick for a new wall bed. It had to be light in weight, but firm. He immediately went into action, grabbed his tape measure and narrowed down the available mattresses. I tried them and asked him many questions, which he answered immediately and clearly. Within a few minutes, I knew what I had to buy. The process of buying the mattress was very simple. He was well organised, explained the process and the delivery procedure. He explained about the bed cover plan, which I bought and I was out of the shop within 30 minutes of walking in. I will definitely be back should I need more mattresses in the future. I visited my local dreams store in Staples Corner today to look into purchasing a bed frame and mattress as my current divan set is over 10yrs old and in need of changing. prior to visiting i went into bensons of beds and viewed a TV bed which i came close to ordering but decided not to for one reason, it didn't come with a TV and there was no option to buy one. buying a TV bed without a TV is pointless in my opinion. As soon as i entered dreams i was greeted by Mark who asked offered his assistance and answered my questions about the TV beds on offer. he also quickly demoed one of the beds as well. As i was also interested in getting a mattress he showed me a great selection of mattresses that he believed would be best for me based on what i had told him. i ended up purchasing the tv bed demoed and a nice mattress. the service was excellent and i was in and out within 20mins or so. would highly recommend to others
