was helped on arrival got into friendly banter with 2 staff members and was made to feel very welcome even offered a cup of tea.sat down and had a friendly chat would definitely revisit this store again

Chris, who assisted me was very knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant in supporting me with items required. I did not feel like I was under any pressure to buy and he was extremely helpful and thorough.

Very good staff, Stela at Staples Corner remembered me from a previous visit and the advice she'd previously given me.

Excellent service from the store manager with great knowledge and advice. Was not pushy or directional, but showed me a number of options, answered my questions objectively, and allowed me to make my own mind up on my choice of mattress. In total, I was in the store for around 25 minutes for what was a positive consumer experience.

My whole family use Tempur mattresses and have always raved about how wonderful they are. After prod from my sister I decided to have a look at the new cloud range for myself. I arrived at the store 7.55pm, just 5 mins before closing. I was greeted by Mark who (despite the time) insisted on taking me through the different ranges of mattresses. Finding the right pillow etc. Literally making me go back to previous mattresses to compare them. Quite literally I was blown away by the quality of service and the fact that the store had closed yet the member of staff was still incredibly enthusiastic + informative + not trying to just sell, sell, sell! After I had thought I chosen a mattress. Mark asked me to go back to a mattress that I had tried previously. To my astonishment it actually felt better than the mattress I had just chosen! How strange? + the mattress was also slightly cheaper. This ia that is where I think Dreams is different other stores. It was not about the hard sell it was about getting the right mattress, even though I was spedning a little less! It takes a company with great ethics to focus this much on the customer! Well you've won my trust! Very well done guys.

Excellent service. Simple, quick and easy. Great help, explained all options without any pressure selling. The sales lady was very friendly and professional. My experience has been nothing but first class and I would recommend very highly to anyone. Thanks for your help!

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. STELA WAS ATTENTIVE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHE WAS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY, OFFERED US A HOT DRINKS AND GAVE US TIME TO BROWSE AROUND. IT WAS A PLEASURE BUYING FROM THIS STORE THANKS TO STELA.

Staff approached us quickly but gave us time to look Around and decide what we liked whilst giving us advice and answering any questions. Our order was processed quickly and we were able to get the delivery date we wanted.
