The service was impeccable !! I bought my last bed at dreams as the team know what they are talking about understanding ones needs and nothing is to much trouble. No pressure into buying . The tea was great and and you felt at ease being able to take your time . I am thrilled with the result and would recommend anyone buying a bed to come to dreams without any hesitation . Once again thank you Mark and Chris for your time in helping me make my descion!!

As soon as we walked in the store, mark was assisting us. He explained type of beds and mattresses and discussed how each of us sleep and our current mattress. He was very thorough and was very knowledgeable about all of the products.

The salesperson took time to understand our needs and then offered solutions to meet these. Happy with the product we purchased

Amir the salesman assisted me the instant I walked into the shop. Knew exactly what I wanted. Sort of understood I was stressed and had very little time. Gave an excellent description of the product with specifications. Was patient and not pushy. Checked immediately for my delivery date being within a few days. Price was reasonable. Delivery time perfect. Everything was concluded within 10 minutes and I left happy as I had one less job to worry about and felt he did all the work I just pressed my pin into the card key. Thank you Amir - excellent service. I will be back as need to sort out 2 more bedrooms!

Chris was just grate; he helped me decide the type of mattress I needed within a reasonable price and also recommending the ones that he believed is god for me without being pushy. He also recommended some pillows that I was thinking to buy too. Chris also explained the exchange policy in case the mattress will not satisfy me needs and also the delivery process.
