Mark was fantastic at understanding my needs, knowledgeable about the products that might suit me, attentive and stayed with me while I tried the various beds out that he recommended, and helpful in discussing ancillary products that might be useful to me. He even made me a mug of coffee!! A great customer experience!

This morning I was served by a lovely lady called STELA, she was extremely knowledgeable about the items i wanted to purchase and extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable and also made me a cup of coffee, I really appreciate the fact that Stela didn't force me to purchase anything but with her kind nature and knowledge of the items I was sold. I would really appreciate it if your team could acknowledge Stela as she has great customer care and sales. It was a true plessure shopping at her store in staple's corner. When I left there I phoned my friend who needs a bed and actually told her to make her way to Staple's corner Dreams and speak to Stella as I was very very content there.

Just before coming in the dreams I had gone to another bed store and felt very pressured in to purchasing a bed I didn't really want. I came in to dreams expecting the same treatment. The store manager (Chris) approached myself and my mum he made us feel at ease and really helped with the type of bed and mattress that I wanted, I had two beds in mind and he gave me time to decide and I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience and I can't thank him enough helping me out.

Amir and Chris were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Amir explained the difference in items very clearly which made choosing much easier. Both are an assit to the company. We were made comfortable in choosing our items . Will see over use of beds at quality . But pleased with our beds .

I walked in the store within about 1.5hrs before closing, i was approched my Mark who was very friendly and welcoming. Now i should mention, i was shopping with my 1.5yrs old... who kept running around the store, with me following him, which meant Mark had to run around (well follow me) around while we talked through what i was looking for. He was very patient with me, went through the options of choosing a mattress where we had to hop on to one after another,.... very knowlegable he was... i didn't know mattresses were that hard to choose!!! Mark gave me the option of spreading the cost, which made my purchas a bit lighter. He gave me a very good delivery date, which meant i could have my bed sooner!!!! To make it even better, he waived my delivery and fixing charge. HAPPIEST CUSTOMER EVER!! Thank you to Mark, and thank you DREAMS.... for making my ''DREAMS'' better..sooner!!

Stella's depth of product knowledge was very impressive. She gave us time to discuss our options and we never felt under any pressure to rush into a decision. She was very professional and needs to be applauded for her skill. Working in sales myself I understand the fine balance between useful assistance and pushiness.

just an overall pleasant experience. I had 2 children under that age of 6 and the staff were very good at NOT getting annoyed with them which was a massive bonus. Its very difficult to shop with kids so the staff being tolerant in the store helps a great deal
