The knowledge of the employee was great, we tested the product and were provided time to make a decision and not pressured to buy. The staff were attentive and answered all the questions we had and provided useful tips on maintenance.

Mark was highly professional, hugely knowledgable, extremely quick to understand our requirements and offer valid commentary and opinions which were very helpful in making a decision. At no point did we feel pushed into making that decision and felt at ease, immediately, when mark approached and made himself available to answer our questions. We cannot comment on other staff at Dreams, but if they are half a well trained and personable as Mark, you must have a very high degree of customer satisfaction. A truly wonderful experience was had whilst making a very important, long term decision. Add to this the very reasonable 8 year warranty and the offer of a free mattress protector, the overall value we derived form our visit was second to none. Thank you to Mark and well done to Dreams. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service.

It was one of the best shopping experience we had today at Dreams (Staples corner). We went to Dreams to see mattresses to see whether there would be one which was decent and health friendly. We bought a new house and we were tight on our budget so we weren't very sure whether we would be able to buy mattresses to both our rooms. My husband and I decided to buy one and to buy another for the king size bed later. As we came into the store we were warmly greeted by Mark. His service was top-notch. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by Dreams. Also he listened and understood our requirements and gave us satisfactory options to select from. Also Mark/Dreams was very flexible with the delivery dates as we are not planning to move to the new house straight away. At last we end up buying both the mattresses with a very good overall package. Also we bought 2 memory-form pillows for 85£/each which would normally cost more than 110£. Very happy customers and it was a pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely shop again. Specially will look for Mark if we go. It was a very nice experience.
