Immediately we entered the store we were approached with a friendly welcome and asked what we were looking for. Mark directed us to the products we had seen online and explained their relative merits. He showed us some alternatives and gave us some useful information. He was extremely quick and efficient in processing our order and finance and overall his conduct was extremely professional.

We were looking for an ottoman bed and the advisor (Ramin) was very helpful in finding the bed frames in store and showing us how to work them. In addition to the bed frames he was very knowledgable about the different types of mattresses. He was available when we needed but gave us time to look at the products properly without feeling pressured. He even offered us a cup of tea. We were very pleased with the service and also the products available.

I was served by the store manager Chris who was highly knowledgable, very professional and extremely attentive and polite. I would recommend my friends and family to him for all their bedding needs.

Mark listened to us about the type of bed we currently have and what we came in for. To be honest, we didn't expect to buy a bed today but Mark's attention to detail and customer service was excellent and we ended up buying the bed! The store in Staples Corner ran out of water so the manager went out specifically to get my wife a bottle.

Our sales assistant Amir was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made a complicated task simple and didn't make us feel under pressure at anytime, a dream buying experience.

The team were outstanding. Stela and Chris (at Staples Corner) who served us where knowledgable, understanding of our needs. They explained everything in detail. The entire experience was relaxing and second to none. I am seriously impressed. Not only did all staff have impeccable manners but they were genuinely lovely people too. Thank you Dreams.
