Dreams - Staples Corner

Came in to ask about mattress protectors as we bought a bed from the Orpington branch but never got the protector that was offered to us for free. Chris the store manager couldn't give us a free one but he helped us to find a better one as a discounted rate. Also offered us coffee and biscuits for a comfy experience.

Amir who served me took the time to ask me appropriate questions to understand my needs and requirements. He then talked me through the different options and gave me the space and freedom to try out each of the beds. He also provided me with a pillow which met my needs to use when trying out the beds. He left me to do this and came back once I had tried them all. We then together went through each one to help me make my choice. He was very clear and efficient then when taking my order and talking through the different stages. He made the whole process enjoyable. I felt I had received individual and professional service from him.

Store assistant Chris was very helpful and comforting. He didn't nag us and try force us to make a purchase. He listened to what our needs were, directed us to the suitable products and taught us about the different types of beds. He also made it easy by leaving me and my wife to try out the different mattresses alone and not just hanging around making it awkward. He ensured throughout that the priority was what we found comfortable and suitable not the highest price or making the sell. His character and attitude was very nice and comforting through out and we didn't feel intimidated at any point.

The staff that assisted us were extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted and then suggested just the right thing.

There was a good range of products & a very quick delivery time.
