Moment I walked into the store staff member was quick to approach and be of service to me which I very much appreciate and the knowledge and customer relation the staff had towards me with the advice for what I was looking for really helped me pick the product that best suited me thanking the team at staples corner

We visited the Dreams store in Staples Corner and were greeted by friendly and warm staff. We had been looking for a bed for our son who is about to undergo major back surgery in the summer. The staff were patient and listened to all our requirements and actually identified a mid-range mattress that was correct for our son's future needs and they didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress which would not have been correct for him due to his back issues. We didnt feel at any time that the staff were putting us under any pressure to buy. The store was well presented and it was a pleasure to be served. Customer service and care was of the highest standard. We will definitely be coming back in the summer when we plan to buy new beds for our daughters.

Welcoming staff with a great knowledge and patience! The member of staff that assisted us showed us a range of mattress and answered lots of queries, and he wasn't pushy at all.
