From the movement we walked in I was approached by Chris.He asked us if we needed any help and I explained I was looking for a mattress and a bed for my son who was with me.He took a pillar and with my son of they went to try different mattresses.i Liked that we where not rushed and Chris spent the time explaining to us about the different mattresses Dreams offered.Im the type of woman that likes to look at different shops before I buy but I was happy to buy without going anywhere else. I actually said I will return to him as my partner and I need a new mattress and looking to invest in a Tempur bed.Chris is the type of assistant you need in a shop where customers will return and recommend.I spent £1000.00 and that was the quickest £1000.00 I have spent.Even my son commented when we left 'he was nice'.

We were helped by one of your associates who was so helpful and knowledgeable, that we've felt we made the right choice straight away. This lady was extremely polite, making us feel welcome at the same time providing us with good advice. That is the type of customer experience that the brand should always strive to offer.

We visited the shop looking for a quality mattress but we did not have much information about the products. Stela, a saleswoman approached and, after offering a cup of tea, she explained the differences between the various types of mattresses offered. She also explained that we had to take at least 10 minutes on the mattress to feel if it is suitable for us. After having tried several we found the right one and she explained to us the various payment methods and what we could add to the purchase (the base of the bed, headboard, pillows, sheets, etc.). Then she explained to us how it is made the delivery. At this point we have purchased the product with a financial. What we liked was the time that the saleswoman has dedicated to us, without hurry, with professionalism and competence.

The consultant Mark was very helpful, gave us time to make us our mind, had very good knowledge about mattress, we choose very good one with his help. Very tidy and we'll organised store. We loved the cup of tea :)
