We went to Dreams to find a profiling bed for my mother who has arthritis. The store attendant showed the beds available and then left us to test them for as long as we wanted. We did not feel pressurised into buying but also felt he was onhand if we needed to ask a question. The order process went smoothly and he sorted out the VAT exemption.
