I was highly satisfied because upon entering the store my partner and I were greeted by a friendly staff member called Amir. We were pleased to be direction to the type of bed we were after immediately and offered a beverage. I requested a coffee whilst my partner and I were testing the beds and Amir brought over a table for me to place my coffee on between the two beds my partner and I tested. He was informative and asked us questions to understand what we are looking for. We had actually gone to this store from the Colindale store and the contrast between the service was stark. The service at that store was shocking and we were passed on between about 4 or 5 staff members and the last one was very pushy for a sale. Amir However seemed genuinely interested to help which is why we felt confident in our purchase as he took the time to explain the benefits of our chosen bed, the mattress, the mattress topper, a pillow, I even bought warranty and if truth be told I was surprised my partner was completely on board as she is normally very indecisive and works in sales so she can tell a pushy sales agent when she sees one! Amir however was 11/10!

The sales lady was excellent. Very polite and very professional. She gave us plenty of time and explained every single detail of the product we bought. Very informative and well knowing products.

With so many different companies and types of mattress available, for a customer it can be a daunting task to pick out a decent mattress that suits your body. But at this Dreams store, Chris was top notch. Answered every question that me and the wife fired at him with no hesitancy and seemed very knowledgable in all the mattresses questioned. After 3 nights and counting of using the Original Tempur King Mattress we are VERY happy. My first bed came from a Dreams store, I am still impressed that 17 years on, the level of Customer Service is still there. As a customer, that goes a long way.

The assistant explained all types of mattresses have they were made, asked us our needs, have we sleep, our price range, very polite and friendly and gave us the time to process our needs and choice, no forcing or time limit.

Amir was helpful and friendly. His service was the reason we bought the bed there and then as he was clear, concise and extremeley knowledgeable. I cannot remember the last time I received such excellent customer service.
