Dreams - Staples Corner

Dear Dreams, My dream have come true and I cannot wait to sleep on my comfy Temper mattress with Luxury Divan Ottoman base. I visited Dreams in Staples Corner and was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the service I received from Ali and Aaliyah. Both approached me and seemed passionate about the company and their products. I was provided with a superb service and have already recommended this branch to my friends and family. I was really impressed with the assistance I received from Mark - he asked me several questions about my sleeping habits and requirements, then directed me to a selection of beds to try. After this, he quickly pointed me towards 3 similar beds, all of which were well-suited to me, enabling me to very rapidly choose which mattress was my favourite. He was also very friendly and helpful, and clearly explained all the types of mattress available. I was in and out of the store in under half an hour - much quicker than I ever expected, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

the salesman helping us, Mark was very helpful. he knew the products he was talking about. there was a sale on at the store so we got a really good deal on our bed and mattress. the whole experience was very simple and everything was explained to us and was very quick. overall very happy with the level of service we received today. will definitely recommend to a friend

We were served by a lady called Aisha. Was relatively new to the store, but was very professional and explained every step of the process. She referred to her manager a few times but was always friendly and helpful. There was a slight hic up with the delivery date but quickly resolved.
