Anab and her colleagues on the shop floor greeted us when we arrived and Anab asked if we wanted help. I made it clear that we wanted to look around a little first and she left us to it. However, when we clearly needed a bit more help she was right there offering advise without being pushy. We definitely ended up buying a much more expensive and a much bigger bed than we originally intended but we can't wait to receive it now.

Staff were all brilliant but the manager Mark was specially a star. I personally think he is a gem to dreams. Highly informative and very friendly. The best customer service I received since last ten or more years.

i was greeted immediately on entrance to the store by a friendly staff member, by the name of Turk. i told him mine and my husbands needs and he asked us if we wanted him to explain each of the different types of beds to us. he also gave us a pillow each and made us try out each of the beds as he explained. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer any questions i threw at him. He offered us drinks and whilst we was relaxing on the beds, went and made us drinks, he even gave bought us a stand to place our cups on. left the store completely satisfied with the service that was provided to me. thank you Turk
